We'd like you to be happy each and every time you visit one of our stores at Funk'n Groovin ™. To insure the highest possible quality, we fully inspect each product before it ships. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase please request a Return Number within 7 days of receiving your order by CLICKING HERE or emailing returns@funkngroovin.com

Please specify the reason why you'd like to return the product, and include a copy of the electronic invoice you received when you placed your order. Also include a note indicating if you’d prefer an exchange or replacement. All of our products are guaranteed to be 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship. We'll review your request and send you a reply with instructions on how to proceed.

Exchanges for a different style, size or color not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error are not normally considered as each item is custom made for you. Although every request is reviewed individually and special circumstances may qualify your request.

Please keep in mind that personalized and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship and/or order processing errors.

All items must be returned in original condition (not washed or worn) We do recommend that you return products to us insured. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered, we won't be able to process your return.
