You can check the status of your order by either clicking on the hyperlink in the confirmation email that you received from us  or simply by going back to the web site logging yourself in with your email address and password .
Click the <My Account> link  and then the <Order History> button.  Your most recent order will be listed at the top of the page & the order status on the right hand side.      This will either be Pending, Processing or Shipped.  If you click the <view order> link the bottom of the Order Information Page will indicate the history of the order together with the dates the status changed. 

YOUR ORDER
After you submit an order you will receive a confirmation email.  We recommend you either print this out or save the email. This email confirmation includes your order number, which we will need in the event you need to contact us. If your purchase was made by check or money order be sure to get it in the mail as soon as possible because we do not process the order until after we receive payment.  When we receive your check or money order you will get an additional email indicating the order is being processed. 

After your order has been shipped, you will receive another email from us confirming the shipping date.
