Funk'n Groovin™ recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. You can rest assured that the information you provide online is safe with us as we do not sell, share or rent it. We also give you the option to opt-in or out of receiving periodic emails from us just by logging onto your account subscribing or unsubscribing to our newsletter. If this option is unsubscribed, you will not receive any email from us other than email communicating information regarding your order. I f you choose to receive email from us by keeping this option checked, you'll hear from us from time to time via email describing new products, services or promotions. You can change this option or any other personal details at any time simply by logging onto your account and making the changes. If our information practices change in the future, we will let you know by posting the policy changes on our Web site or by communicating directly with you. We will notify you of any such change before we use your information in a manner not previously disclosed in our privacy policy. You will have the opportunity at that time to opt out of any new use of your information. Protecting the safety of your personal & credit card information is important to us and that is why we have only two methods of payment at this time. Both methods use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect this information as it is transmitted . You can either place your order & choose the Check/Money Order option, the hyperwallet option or the Pay-Pal option. SSL is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, which is a fancy way of saying that it's a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website's servers. To make sure you are accessing our secure server before you submit personal financial information, look at bottom of your browser. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. To double-check for security, look at the URL or Location line of your browser. If you have accessed our secure server, the first characters of the address in that line should change from "http" to "https." Keep in mind, you’ll only see this after you click "Checkout" and have begun the checkout process. Once you click the checkout button you'll enter our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) . If you haven't created an account or logged yourself in yet you'll be taken through those processes. Next you'll chose your shipping address & shipping method. We also give you a chance to add comments about your order. Continuing from there you're taken to the payment information screen where you can change your billing address & choose the payment method. Choosing the Check/Money Order Payment method and confirming the order allows us to process the order but then again your order will not ship until we receive payment. You'll receive an email from us listing all the details of the order, a hyperlink to your order and a reminder of the payment information. If your bank or credit union offers electronic payments through hyperwallet its just like using your debit card and they'll be no holdups in processing your order. We'll be offering similar payment methods in the future. The other payment option we've chosen for you is to make your payment through Pay-Pal. We've chosen Pay-Pal with you the customer in mind. With Pay-Pal you Choose to pay using your credit card, debit card, bank account, or Pay-Pal balance. With Pay-Pal you make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information to the seller. Security at its Best! Wire transfers (from your bank to ours) are also being

then email us your request when you receive your order
