Shopping Tutorial

Choose Currency. On the right had side of the page below the shopping cart bar is a Currencies bar with a drop down menu. Presently we are offering both Canadian & US dollars. Your choice will reflect how all prices are quoted.

Creating an account. You can do this either before or after you pick what you want to purchase. By "creating an acct" you are identifying yourself to the stores website so you can come back & shop again and again without having to re-enter all your info again. The account information kept on file & protected is name, address's, email address, company name, phone number and order history. Having an account with us also gives you an option of being placed on the web sites notification list (so updates, specials & product offers can be emailed to you) or not. We also give you access to your order history and allow you to create an address book. The address book is a list of names/address that you may want to have the purchased item shipped to. This is good for the customer who wishes to send the item directly to family or friends ( If you were buying a gift for someone) Then you get to sign in with a password each visit.

Searching for Products

There are several ways you can shop on the site. If you're looking for something specific, for example a boat design use the quick find search box (bottom left) Just type your key word in & <enter> or Click the magnifying glass icon. Use the word boat & not boats. This will give you all the results (10 per page). If there is more than 1 page just Click the next link or the page number.

If your search is more general & you're looking for a country music design Click the Country_Western link under categories (left column) & you'll get a listing of all the country & western designs. (10 per page). If there is more than 1 page just Click the next link or the page number.

In order to find out more about the item you can either Click the graphic itself or the buy now button. This page will give you all your choices for that particular graphic. Here's where you get to pick size, color, etc by Clicking the down arrows & making your choice. Under the graphic image are the words "Click to enlarge" which will give you a better look at that graphic. If you wanted to purchase the item with your chosen options you would Click the <in cart button> and would be taken to the cart contents page.

Cart Contents
That is where you can review your order, change quantity or remove the item completely. (This is what the update button is for) From here you can <continue shopping> or go to the <checkout>. If you Click the <checkout> button you'll be presented with the shipping page and a list of shipping methods & prices. Here you would pick the where & how you wanted it sent. Also at the bottom of this page is a place where you could add comments about your order. Like (please print it upside down on the shirts side seam). When all looks right Click the <continue> button to get to the Delivery Information page and Payment Information page. (If you haven't created an account or logged in yet you'll be taken to complete that process)

Delivery Information & Payment Information
This is where you can change your billing address, pick the payment method & add or change your comments. Once these selections have been made Click the <continue> button.

Order Confirmation
Here you are given another chance to review your order & make any changes (unfortunately at this time the <Products Edit> only gives you the option to remove the item) Also displayed is the total price together with shipping & taxes and a note where you should mail your check or money order (if this is the payment method you picked).

If all is OK you would now <confirm> the order by Clicking that button

YOUR ORDER
After you submit an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We recommend you either print this out or save the email. This email confirmation includes your order number, which we will need in the event you need to contact us. If your purchase was made by check or money order be sure to get it in the mail as soon as possible because we do not process the order until after we receive payment. When we receive your check or money order you will get an additional email indicating the order is being processed.
