Selecting Garment
We offer our top quality garments in various styles, colors and sizes as listed
below. The type of graphic (Cad-cut, Plastisol, Litho
Glitter & Laser) and sometimes its complexity determine
what colors it will best print on. You'll see "Prints on
Lights only", "Prints on Darks only" and "Prints on
Lights & Darks". Keep this in mind when you choose the garment and
its
color. When you click on a
design you are taken to a products details page, which tells you which
color shirts that particular design is available on. When ordering please pay
special attention to the notes in the brackets as some sizes and
colors are not available for all clothing styles. Making an
improper selection may delay your order.
Cad-Cut
printed garments- The film material used on clothing is an
exceptional product which is superior to screen printing.
It is a highly opaque super thin (150 microns) colored transfer film
which when printed has a very soft hand (feel).
A wonderful product, it is washable, dry cleanable, fade
resistant and it prints on all colors. Its limitation is that very fine
detail cannot be accomplished, gradations of color & shading
are
impossible & usually you're limited to one solid color for the
print. It comes in some very nice opaque colors, glitter, neon &
chrome-like.
(Glitter is not dry-cleanable)
Plastisol printed garments-
Uses a
type of ink that has been silk-screened onto a transfer paper &
then heat-pressed onto the garment. These usually
stand up better than silk-screening directly onto the fabric
because the inks are pressed right into the fabric at very high
heats. Some of these designs print on light colored
garments only, some on dark colored garments only & some will
print on all colors. It depends on how the transfers were
made & what type of ink used. The color range on these
graphics are
as simple as one spot color to dazzling full color designs.
All plastisol graphics list their approximate size. Keep this in
mind because you probably don't want a 15" X15" print on a
ladies small spaghetti tank. . Although we’d like
to offer all designs on all color garments, the reality is that certain designs
work best on certain color
shirts. So, when you’re shopping please realize that certain designs
may only be printed on certain colors.
Litho/Glitter printed garments-
These are those shiny and/or glittery
graphics that the gals like so much. Usually a smaller design
that will print on all colors. Care hear is a little more
critical as these don't like excess heat or the dryer at all.
Laser printed garments-
Laser transfers use a translucent
ink so it can only be printed on white and very light
colors. This process is great for doing custom pictures/logo's
on shirts and mouse pads. It is a cost effective way of
doing very detailed or multi colored graphics handling color gradations and shading
without a problem. The best choice for full colored
prints in small numbers (minimum 1)

but on occasion we reserve the right to substitute brands of
equal quality
